This isn’t Just another workout

Most youth training is random workouts, conditioning, or just keeping kids busy.

This is different.

We focus on building real speed, strength, and movement — in a structured system that actually carries over to sport.

How Training works

Summer Training Schedule

Session Times

Hey guys! Starting to plan out summer training schedules now and wanted to give current clients first shot at spots before opening things up more broadly.


Current summer training options will likely be:


Monday

• 12:00pm

• 1:00pm


Tuesday

• 11:00am

• 12:00pm


Wednesday

• 11:00am

• 12:00pm

• 1:00pm


Thursday

• 11:00am

• 12:00pm


Friday

• 12:00pm

• 1:00pm


Summer groups are usually a little bigger, but sessions will still be focused on strength, movement, and power.


If none of those times work for you, reach out and we’ll try to find something that does.

Most athletes train 2-3x per week for best results.

How Groups Work

Sessions are organized by age, experience, and training level to create the best possible environment for each athlete.

Limited Availability

Session sizes are intentionally limited to keep coaching focused and individualized.

Training Options

2x Per Week

$360/month (=$45/session)

Consistent training with built-in recovery

3x Per Week (Most Popular)

$420/month (= $35/session)

Best option for speed, strength, and real progress

Final session times are set based on group demand to create the best training environment for each athlete.
