We focus on building real speed, strength, and movement — in a structured system that actually carries over to sport.

How Training works

Most athletes train 2-3x per week for best results.

Athletes are grouped by age and ability within each session to ensure the best training environment.

Limited Spots

Spots are limited in each group to keep training focused and effective

2x Per Week

$360/month (=$45/session)

Consistent training with built-in recovery

3x Per Week (Most Popular)

$420/month (= $35/session)

Best option for speed, strength, and real progress

Final session times are set based on group demand to create the best training environment for each athlete.
