This class teaches the difference between the speed it takes to run a fast 40, and the speed it takes to react, make a cut, and blow past a defender.
Kids will learn how to produce force, accelerate, and proper running mechanics that transfer directly to your sport.
This 12 week course will progress each week. With movements becoming slightly more difficult and more complex. Class will take place 4 days per week and recommended for ages 10 and up.

Learn proper weight lifting techniques. Getting stronger boosts performance, but the problems start when young athletes bite off more than they can chew and become less athletic or, even worse, injured.
These classes will be kept to a max of four per class, this way I can give each athlete individual attention. Classes will run twice per week with each having a full body focus.
Ages 12 & up are recommended.

What happens if we get rained out?
Class will be rescheduled at different time during the week or made up the following week.
Is there a late cancel fee?
Payments are non refundable within 24 hours of class and cannot be rolled over for a class at a later date.
What happens if there is only one person signed up for class?
There must be at least TWO athletes signed up for class to be on. In the event that there is only ONE, the class will be rescheduled.
